The entire faculty and staff of Foothills Middle School is eager to welcome our students back for the first day of School on Wednesday, August 27. As a reminder, school starts promptly at 8:30, so plan to arrive a little early.
Upon arrival or drop off, all students should move to the quad area in the center of campus. Staff will be present in front of the school on the first day to assist with student drop off, and to direct students to the quad.
If you were not able to attend Scottie Days registration, students will be registered on the first day of school.
PTSA First Day Coffee, 8:00 A.M.
All parents are invited to the PTSA First Day Coffee at Foothills Middle School. After your student has been dropped off, please join PTSA in the Multipurpose room to meet the Principal and Assistant Principal, and hear about opportunities for families to get involved this year at Foothills.
Our Foothills campus is open for business! We are excited to welcome students back to the main campus, complete with indoor and outdoor renovations that will enhance learning and foster a positive middle school experience for all members of our Foothills community. While a few areas of campus are still in the final phases of construction, the main school building and other areas will be ready for students on the first day of school.
Student safety remains a top priority for everyone at Foothills, and as construction projects in a few areas on campus draw to a close, each member of the Foothills faculty and staff will support efforts to ensure that students remain in designated areas throughout the school day. Thank you for continuing to reinforce at home that students should avoid entering any active construction areas within or outside of the school day. We will continue to update you on our progress as the "finishing touches" are added to our wonderful campus.
